Basic Service
$70.. Modern shock fluid change, labor only. Fluid / Nitrogen additional. Shock is disassembled, washed, and reassembled with new fluids and Nitrogen. Sag is set in house and fresh decals are applied. $100.. Fork set fluid change, labor only. Fluids additional. Forks are disassembled and inner / outer chambers are cleaned thoroughly. Forks are then reassembled with new fluids and fresh decals, clickers are left at customers settings.

Rebuild Service
$130.. Modern shock / $140.. Modern Forks forks, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft through a three step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. Components are then fully assembled with new wear parts and sprung for the riders weight and height. Finally the oil height is set and the components are washed one last time before fresh decals are applied and clickers are set to base settings. We will sometimes recommend upgrades to your suspension components if we feel it will be in your best interest for part longevity or to provide you with a better experience. This is a perfect time to install coatings if you wish to add a little bling.

Revalve Forks or Shock
$150.. shock or forks, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. All re-valves start with a full service. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft threw a three step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. The suspension is then " valved ". The riders ability, the terrain and conditions, and personal preferences are all taken into account to determine a setting and spring rate that we think would best suit the rider. All re-valves come with a 30 day grace period, if for a legitimate reason you are unhappy and have contacted us prior to the 30 days end we are happy to take the information you gained from the riding experience and alter the suspension to suit your needs. Not all " Re-valves " are created equal. Your suspension is the most personal part of your machine, cookie cutter valving setup won't do if you want the machine to work for you instead of you working for it. This is the perfect time to add some coatings to reduce friction and add some bling.

Vintage Rebuild Service
$150.. Vintage pre. 98 shock or forks, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft through a three step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. Components are then fully assembled with new wear parts and sprung for the riders weight and height. Finally the oil height is set and the components are washed one last time before fresh decals are applied and clickers are set to base settings. Vintage shocks and forks often require additional machining or parts to allow for modern updated wear parts to be used. Many older fork and shock bodies were not plated and will require type III anodizing / plating to insure better performance and a longer service life, if this step is skipped we can not warranty the work. Springs for these older components can be difficult to source especially when a different rate other than stock is needed, custom springs are at times the only option and can take 3-4 weeks to acquire.
Street / Harley / Auto racing Rebuild Service
$150.. shock or forks, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft through a three step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. Components are then fully assembled with new wear parts and sprung for the riders weight and height. Finally the oil height is set and the components are washed one last time before fresh decals are applied and clickers are set to base settings. Springs for Street / Harley components can be difficult to source especially when a different rate other than stock is needed, custom springs are at times the only option and can take 3-4 weeks to acquire. We do not service Air suspension at this time for Harley. Vintage forks or shock for street " pre. 96 " are an additional $50 per piece labor as they often require excessive amounts of time to source parts needed as they are obsolete and no longer have parts readily available.


Snowmobile / Snow bike / UTV / ATV Rebuild Service
$150.. Modern shock or forks, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft through a three step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. Components are then fully assembled with new wear parts. Shock or forks can be sprung for the riders weight and height if the customer requires so. Finally the oil height is set and the components are washed one last time before fresh decals are applied and clickers are set to base settings. We will sometimes recommend upgrades to your suspension components if we feel it will be in your best interest for part longevity or to provide you with a better experience. We do not recommend products or coatings to up sell a sale.
Custom Coatings
$800.. Lower fork tube coatings per set of two, Can only be done during a service or revalve. Includes removal and installation of lugs as well as polishing of tubes prior to coating. * Coating options: Ti-Nitrite "Gold". RC Copper Nitrite . DLC . Rose gold Nitrite $150.. Shock shaft "each". Can only be done during a service or revalve, includes removal of clevis / rebound rod, bushings. * Coating options: Ti-Nitrite "Gold" . RC Copper Nitrite . DLC . Rose gold Nitrite $200 .. Ohlins steel cartridge rods. Can only be done during a service or revalve, Includes polishing of rod prior to plating. * Coating options: Ti-Nitrite "Gold". RC Copper Nitrite . DLC . Rose gold Nitrite $220.. Type III anodizing of shock body. Can only be done during a service or revalve. If original plating needs to be stripped there is a $110 additional charge. * Color options: Black . Brown . Natural "gray". Silver. $120.. Type III anodize for lugs as a set. Can only be done during a service or revalve. If original plating needs to be stripped there is a $110 additional charge. * Color options: Black . Natural "gray". Brown. $400.. Type II anodize upper fork tubes. Can only be done during a service or revalve. Includes stripping original plating, polishing outer / inner tube surface. Colors can vary in shade and tone we do not guaranty the color match to samples. * Color options: Gold . Black . Kashima brown . Silver . Blue . Dark gray . Titanium $ Call.. any aluminum suspension part can be plated, we can plate most any color. We can often combine anodized plating services to save money as long as they are the same type and color. For an additional fee we can Laser Etch your name, rider number, or logo onto most any anodized parts.


Laser Etching Services
$100 minimum.. We will laser etch your " Name, Rider number, or company logo " into parts or tools provided by the customer. We can also etch into parts we provide for a nominal fee. For pricing on tool sets or groups of parts please contact us. We welcome small runs of manufactured parts from other businesses.

Pro Chassis Set Up
$1000.. Labor only, plus parts / fluids / shop supplies. Pro chassis service is only available for dirt bikes and is on a per scheduled basis only. Service take approx. 35 hrs to complete. There in no engine work included "engine is removed and then reinstalled, period." The motorcycle chassis is completely disassembled, professionally cleaned / inspected. Chassis is Reassembled, lubed, and worn parts replaced. All fasteners are lubed or thread locked, brakes are fully vacuum bleed, all bearings are cleaned / inspected and lubed with high pressure grease or replaced if found to be faulty. Body panels are cleaned and prepped for new decals if desired, any stripped or damaged threads are repaired. Wheels are torn down and spokes trued and thread locked, new tube / rim lock / rim band / rim lock buffer are installed as well as new tires, if customer chooses. A Basic suspension service is included in the price, for an additional cost we can fully service or revalve your suspension at the time of chassis service. We will clean and lube all cables, replace damaged grips / levers / cables. Exhaust pipes will be cleaned to remove rust and blemishes and oiled, muffler packing will be replaced with appropriate material and sealed during reassembly. Frames will be completely inspected for damage / cracks, acid washed to remove oxidization and blemishes; If cracks / damage are present the customer will be notified and shown, we can then discuss repair options or replacement of damaged frame. Pegs can be upgraded to customers desired style, steel frame can be painted for an additional cost.
