Hello

Things you will need:

  • Box

  • Tape

  • Some old towels long enough to completely cover the components from end to end.

  • Razor knife or something that can safely cut cardboard.

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram

Lets get started...

  • Before shipping any components go to the Suspension Submission Form at the top of each page and fully fill it out. Make sure to include all your address info as well as your Email, phone number and bike info. With out this info We can not bill you and it will delay the completion of your service.

  • Start by wrapping the components in you towels, make sure they are completely covered.

  • Tape the ends and the middle so the towel can not slip off while being handled.

  • Place the components in the box so as to take up as little room as possible, once they are placed add additional packaging as needed so they will not move around in transit.

  • Here is the secret to low cost shipping; Cut the box as needed so you can fold it in on itself and make it as small as possible. Make the box fit the components do not fill the box with stuff to use up the extra space.

  • Shipping is based on size not weight and the smaller you can get the package the lower the cost to ship.

  • Last tip; Go to a private shipping center to ship rather than directly to a carrier like UPS or FedEx or USPS, They will be able to provide cost details on each carrier so you can make a informed decision on costs and delivery times.

Return Delivery

Once the work is done and invoice paid we will package you freshly serviced components in the towels you sent them in and usually ship them back in a new box.
