Unfortunately the down side to factory level components is often factory level service intervals, it is not uncommon to need to service the fork cartridges every 10 hours for faster more aggressive racers. The OEM O-rings used are prone to failure as they are not designed for the excessive spikes in pressure and nitrogen atmosphere in which they live.
This is why Racers Choice threw months of testing has developed new updated O-rings made to with stand the conditions in which they are subjected to. Threw special comical properties we have been able to extend the service life of the free piston O-rings by 10 hours on average, doubling the time between service intervals for most and for the average rider they have easily lasted close to or exceeded the 30 hour hour mark.
The Rings are color coded so they cannot be confused, blue towards oil side and red to nitrogen side. Sold in sets or 2 each but can also be sold in bulk orders of 50 rings " 25 each" for the local Ohlins tuner.
